Adelaide Airport Display

Jack Rabbit was thrilled with the opportunity to provide an interactive signage display at the Adelaide Airport as a part of their new recycling and waste system.

Given the new initiative by the Adelaide Airport, we put our sustainability hats on. We recycled existing MDF boxes that the airport had from an existing temporary display. We then made the display out of a recycled substrate – x-board. We routed the xboard and fitted it into the existing MDF boxes, and all printing was completed on our Roland Eco-Solvent wide format printer.

Given our extensive experience in floor and ground graphics, we made a path that showed the recycling process from display to display. All of the ground graphics where also printed on our eco-solvent printer, and laminated to adhere to anti-slip regulations. They were then contoured cut through the anti-slip laminate to show the profile of the graphic.

The result was three colourful main upright displays, each mounted with brochure holders with a path of anti-slip ground graphics in the centre of the Airport.
